this is my second day. I'm new to this site. but not nee to dieting. I get bored with the same foods. I'm hoping to get some great ideas here. so far so good.

learning what foods worked for me was the biggest hurdle

My biggest issue was not knowing how to cook foods to have a variety. Since July I have learned to cook various fish and veggies. I keep my go to items in stock like cottage cheese. I need my wine at night (judge me if you must) I just watch throughout the day so I can have it! Be honest with your calories no matter good of bad because the big picture of the week helps me. Log everything. Even one nut! Buy a food scale so you can be as accurate as possible. Good luck. See you on the skinny jeans isle!
