Had the gastroscopy early this morning. It lasted just few minutes, that's the good side of it. It seems I don't have celiac decease, that's a real surprise. Anyway, it seems there is some problem with my liver and spleen and I might get diabetes in the future. So, the physician suggested me to stay lean, avoid alcohol, have an healthy lifestyle. It's not too bad, all in all. I still feel my stomach is upside down, had very little food today (only a cup of white rice and some chicken). During the gastroscopy itself I felt like I were the kid in "The exorcist" movie. It has been quite disgusting, but much better than being in a MRI for one hour...
Today I thankful for: -support from a good friend here -having a better relationship with my dad, step by step -being aware of the risks in advance (diabetes, breast cancer)
