I have to remind myself that this is not the time to slack off, to keep at it, to keep the weight off.
A rough patch started last week when the twins protested their nap for a few days. Now that a few of their teeth have popped through their gums they seem a little more at ease with the routine again.
All it takes is a little effort and work on my part, and this weight will come right back off. But I must do it.
