Here it is Tuesday morning and my back is killing me. How am I suppose to get motivated to exercise when all I do is hurt even before I get started. Everything I have tried for my back does not seem to work so I have to suffer. When doing a single load of laundry hurts it, I must have really injured it this time, but can not afford to go to the doctor. Should I push through the pain or rest it?
