Can anyone tell me how to figure out what a serving is?For example if it says. 6 servings and there is 6 points per servings.Would that be 1 cup?How about 4 servings and 8 points?

This is very confusing to me. Help me someone .I hope I don't sound stupid with this Question.

If it says 6 servings - just divide by 6 - but If you're like me - I usually eat half - which of course is 3 servings and 18 points!! To answer you're question - 4 servings would be (6 x 4) 24 points.

Sometimes they tell you a serving is 3/4 a cup, and sometimes they just tell you it's 8 servings. If they don't give you the amount, you basically have to figure out how much 1/8th would be. For example, on spaghetti boxes, it usally says "serves 8." But trying to break spaghetti into 8 servings is nuts. So I try to look up how much one cup would be (200 calories for 1 cup). Many times you need to use your judgement and it's not always easy. Just do the best you can.
