Had a good workout today. The only cardio I did, besides walking 1.2 miles on break at work today, was 5 minutes on the hand bike to loosen my shoulders and get the blood flowing before my upper body workout. I pushed shoulders, chest, triceps. I didn't work abs after because I was just beat, and I'd already spent nearly 2 hours at the gym. Took the daughter to Carl's Jr. and got a low carb burger for myself and got her a combo meal. When she's ready to start working out and eating clean, I'll be happy to coach her, but until then the best I can do is show her how by my own actions. She'll never ask me for advice or listen to me anyway, but I still love her.
