This has been an interesting few weeks. What I realize is that I make my best food choices when I plan ahead. I've gotten so to speak a little off track but I still feel good about the progress I've made. I'm looking forward this week to getting back on my OWL program. I'm going to pick up there because I want to go back to losing weight but at a slower rate. I'm less that 10 pounds from my goal although I'm very content with where I am. Atkins has been good and will be what I use to maintain health markers.
