Man, I SUCK! I thought pistachio's were pretty good for you, WRONG CHICKEN! And my lunch of grilled chicken? Yeah, not the greatest choice after all! Man, I am soooo angry now! I tried really heard to make healthy decisions and, despite my good intentions, I really jacked this up!

Pistachio's usually aren't all that bad. The ones I get allow you to have 49 pistachio's for 4 points. Yeah, there is 14 grams of fat, but that as a snack seems to really tide my hunger over. The brand I bought was Sam's Choice (from Walmart) in case you would want to give them another chance!!! Good luck...dont give up on yourself so easily!!!

when we learn something new about the food we eat thats when we make a difference. i too in the begining was eating things that i no longer eat. and if i do i have it once in awhile. remember this is not a diet this is learning to have a healthy lifestyle. you are going to crave some things that isnt healthy we all do at one point or another.
