well im from new jersey, and i have been on ww since may of 07. i never really had a problem with my weight growing up. i hit a rough time and thats where i gained. i know what i did wrong and i corrected it. i have lost 30 lbs. so far have about 28-29 more to not working now so i have enough time on my hands. exercising isnt my thing but i know i must start doing some. i do go out for walks but not everyday.i love to cook but there are times when i do im affraid to eat cause of the points or maybe its just in my head. i dont know for sure. no children but i do watch my SO grandsons from time to time. he will be one next month so i figure that he will keep me on my toes when we are out at the park. i have 2 cats(which are my children)love to listen to music watch my shows i do enjoy the outdoors like camping. well thats about it.

how many points do you get daily? if you used up your points you still have your weekly(35). drink alot of water. try bringing snacks to work with you to help you not eat the wrong things like fruit, veggies. bring salads also.just stay focused. for me i didnt set any big goals i do little ones ive been on weight watchers for over a year and lost 32 lbs.still have twenty something to go but once i reach my goal i know i will be able to keep it off since i lost it slowly they say 1-2 lbs a week is a healthy loss. good luck to you.

ok today was my weigh in i lost 2.8.

Team Herschel - To infinity and Beyond
well im a couple of them when working with others and on my own at times.

1) coordinator-- i have in the past promoted decision making at the one job i had also did my best in clarifing goals for everyone.

2) plant-- i have a creative and imaginative mind (my father always told me that) i have set up displayes in the past that were left up to my creativity

3)shaper-- thrive more underpressure, i tyr my best to overcome any obstacle that me be in my way. ive overcome a few so far and havent gone back.

4) moniter-- im sober and I judge from what i see and learn about everyone and everything.

5) and last im a team player the way to get things done together is to help one another.

monday's exercise was 90 minutes walking and about 2 and a half hours of house cleaning.

tuesday's exercise only did 30 minutes of walking.

To Infinity and Beyond Challenge
this was a bad week for me i gained 2lbs, i was stressed out about a personal matter still am but not as bad any way didnt get a chance to really do any exercises this week i got alot of walking in and other physical things but my mind wasnt there about tracking sorry team.

three meals

breakfast mon/wed/fri--- egg white spinach omlet
orange juice
tuesday and thursday cereal (fiber one-cheerios)

lunch i have eigher a salad w/tuna
or one of my smart ones or
a lean pocket

dinner two or three night i have
grilled chicken w/ veggies
or salad.

snacks are different everyday cottage cheese w/fruit
yogurt, granola bars, popcorn, fruits, veggies.

what i would stack up on lots of melon, strawberries,cherries,peaches,plums,peppers,tomatoes,cucumbers,lettuce,fresh veggies, granola bars, yogurt and of course pleanty of water.

To Infinity and Beyond Challenge
saturday after getting everything done i had a total of 3 hours of movement.

sunday i just went for my walk one hour

monday did laundry and stayed in and played with the baby was too hot and sticky out its the same today also. total time yesterday 2hours

today im doing my house work which will be a total of 90minutes

my body part would be my eyes everyone says i have beautiful eyes. (they change colors) my personality traits would be sence of humor and honesty
