I earned this pound that I lost.
The only cardio I did yesterday was five minutes warmup on the stationary bike, then I worked legs, which is very calorie intensive. I'm feeling it today.
My bodyfat came down from 32.3% to 32.1, and my muscle went fron 35.9 to 36.0.
