WHY, after as Hard as I work, are my numbers movung the wrong way? It is SO frustrating!!!!! I am serously thinking my medicine is to blame.
234.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Some medicines can cause weight loss problems, but from your chart, you are losing. Your just losing slowly. You may need to adjust your caloric intake (maybe try 1500 for a week and see what happens). You could also try (if you are able and not currently) adding in exercise. Get a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. My sister hates exercise but it helped her lose weight. Focus on lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Watch your sodium and processed food intake. It may take time. But patience and persistence will get you to goal.
