Happy New Year
Just getting back to dieting again. I have again about 30 pounds back and I am working towards the 150 mark. I have been trying to get a good walk in 4 times a week, Also got a new schedule the old one was about 5 pounds light.
Still doing low or no carbs but worried about health impact Now blood pressure has gone up a bit
