I'm doing pretty well with the low carb. It's almost shark week so the sugar cravings can get kinda intense, so I've been having a tbsp of peanut butter in the evening when they're at their worst. 4 lbs down. I'm happy.
167.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.0 lb a week
