Wow!! I''m still at my last weight from April 2018!! This is frustrating because I've been working out regularly and even hired a trainer since Sept!!!! Obviously, I'm still TOOO sedentary and need to drastically change my eating. SOOOO discouraging!! Neet to get on tracking macros...which I am clueless about but obviously, the free eating is not working! Help!!
