I found a great way to avoid late night snacking. When you get the urge to eat unscheduled junk, put on a pair of jeans that are at least a size too small. (You know, the ones that you need to be laying on the bed in order to zip them...) Stand up and feel how tight they are. Your cravings will magically disappear. No guarantees, but it works for me!

I will have to try that....funny when i logged onto her, I was munching on crackers wondering if there was anything that anyone could offer me on munching.
