Walked 14 miles on Friday.
I definitely eat a lot more on days that I have a lot of exercise. That is OK because I'm still watching my carbs.
Experimenting in the month of June. My goal is to never be below 2000 calories. Will see if my weight loss slows or speeds up.
The calories in/calories out theory says that my weight loss should slow/stop. I don't believe in that theory except in a general sense.
