Reading Volumetrics. So far of the countless books I read on weight loss and fad diets, this has been the only approach that makes sense. It is based on a long-term study (Penn State) and deals with Calorie Density. In other words, the biggest portion of food with the least amount of calories.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
