I really need to start eating breakfast and having my snacks. I skip meals too often and then I gain. I can't get my metabolism going if I don't eat right. I also need to start walking. Maybe dancing too. Lord, please help me stick to this new way of life and help me lose like I need to. Thank you! In Jesus name, Amen!
