I know that's frustrating :/ I was reviewing your diet calendar for the past week and it looks like your sodium content is over 2000 most of the days. It might just be that you're retaining water. That's what happened to me last week. I reduced my sodium to under 2000 and started back eliminating all the water I've been drinking. You might try it and see :)
