Trying some new stuff with the soups. I will eat 2/3 or 3/4 and then add a cup of water and heat it. It forms a thin broth, hit with some black pepper and a little salt. It is much more satisfying.
With the creamy tomato, I add fresh cut basil and parsley. Dried also work well, just add when cooking.
Got on the scale today, 260 lbs. It is at least 5 years since I was that weight. Official weigh in on Monday morning...
