I was totally out of commission over the weekend. Stomach/groin was in ridiculous pain from Thursday evening - Sunday morning. Hard time walking, getting up after laying down, etc. Not sure what it is and afraid of what I am thinking it is. Either a hernia or strained groin. I am hoping it is more a strained groin? I will say this, I am feeling MUCH better now though. I was even able to golf on Sunday morning without any major pain, especially at follow through.
Anyone experience this or have any idea? I am leaning towards a strain because after two full days it seems much better, about 90-95% better.
It just sucks that I was out for that long without getting to the gym (3 days in a row, ugh!).

What a beautiful fancy wedding! Wow. You have a beautiful wife -good looking couple! Looks like a great wedding too. Sorry, the comment box isn't showing up for me under your pictures, and I wanted to comment on this journal of your too anway. I hope you are much better and it isn't anything too serious. My friend was diagnosed w/ IBS, said her stomache felt horrible cramps or sometimes felt she was being hit in the gut. She had no bowel issues just the pain, dr said symptoms come and goes w/ stress. She was going through nursing school... idk if that helps. I didn't mention it in my journal but I also got a charlie horse type pain near my abs, I am hoping it was the muscle not my intestines. Must be because I was dehydrated? I think its us being so healthy and in tuned w/ our body we hear everything our body tells us louder and clearer! lol So many of us ignore our symptoms when we are unhealthy...

Hey Cindy, thanks! I think i fixed the little bug now, should be working. Yes, my stomach is all good right now so I hope this does not recur again. If it does, I am definitely getting it checked out.
