Wow! only a pound. I guess I have to not be so hard on myself. The jouney of a thousand miles starts with one step. One pound at least is moving in the right direction.
what could I have done differently this week. First, exercise somehow. Even if it's walk to the next block. Try, Try and Try again. Second Increase the water intake. First thing in the morning and last thing at night. Third - meditate. Everytime I'm tempted to eat something I shouldn't take a moment and say a simple prayer for the tempatation to pass.
