day one after a 10 day water fast. salad, nuts, some guacamole, deli meat and cheese... obviously I was full, and now my gut has retained it to add more weight.feel hydrated. it was hard to stay hydrated during the fast. the 3 pounds is obviously the food and water retention.

Spiritual growth, and understanding of how my mind and body react to this experience.
From the fast it was taking electrolytes, vitamins, lots of water and I can leave off coffee and tea.
Hunger is a mind trick most of the time. Control of my environment so not to be tempted. Accepting that my priority is greater than the temptation to eat.
