Although I am starting fat secret with a start weight of 192 lbs and yes that is over weight I am very proud to say that I actually started diet and exercise in May 2009 @ 237 lbs. I have officially lost 45 lbs to date and would like to loose another 37-43 lbs taking me to 150-155 lbs. It has been a long road and was happy to find a website to help me with the last portion. I feel great and am wearing clothes that are 4 full sizes smaller. I no longer have to shop in the plus sizes department too. Both my son and husband constantly tell me I look great which is the best feeling ever!
