Ok - i havent lost a thing since Monday Aug 13th - what is going on? I go back tommorrow and I really hope to be down - even 1/2 lb would make me happy! I cant be on a plateau already! Can I? I have only lost 10lbs!

Are you eating the same thing day in/day out? Are you eating alot of beef? Are you weighing/measuring everything? Are you eating all your foods? Your counselor should be looking for things like this in your food diary. I hope this helps.

Sort of eating same thing, but have changed it around, the last couple of days. No to the beef, yes to weighing and measuring, yes to all my foods. ... was just looking at my diary, in 3 weeks have lost .8 - I am ready to cry! :(

When you weigh in are you wearing the same clothes? Are you getting in all your waters? Have you tried the hot lemon water? I hear that works, never tried it myself. Maybe you should try the TO. I'm doing it with oranges instead of the drink. I just replace an orange for each drink of the TO, which is 4 oranges a day. Maybe that will help?

Oh yeah, plateau, don't you love that? I seem to hit many of them. The key is to keep going, and trying slightly different things. Eventually that "nasty" scale indicator will move downward again. YOu are doing well, don't get discouraged. We are all in this together. Try some of the tips mentioned here, they really do work!!!

You guys are wonderful! So nice to log in and see all this support! If I am not down by Friday..I will do TO - and I will try with oranges. I know you are right and I just have to keep trying and eventually the scale will show it! Thanks again!
