Had a great run with the girls today. Did four miles with sprinting intervals for the last mile. I really want to challenge myself to start increasing my mph. Took time to stretch afterwards. Feeling good. Last week I kept a close eye on my calorie counting. I'm really glad to see that it is working. This encourages me to keep going. I'll be on vacation for the next week-and-a-half. Will need to continue to be faithful with being aware of my caloric intake. Thank God for the power of the internet.
