Even though I ate too much yesterday and didn't do it with carbs and still managed to lose a little. Need to watch I don't exceed the limits of protein, fats and carbs. Still need to learn to quit when I am satisfied not full. Work in progress. As long as weight is going down and not up I will be happy :)
184.7 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

I am always a work in progress. I find with my eating that some days I eat more and some days less. I am trying to roll with it
