Even though I ate too much yesterday and didn't do it with carbs and still managed to lose a little. Need to watch I don't exceed the limits of protein, fats and carbs. Still need to learn to quit when I am satisfied not full. Work in progress. As long as weight is going down and not up I will be happy :)
