Well my arm is getting better. I have full mobilty back in my fingers (good because typing with one hand was a pain in the @£&3).
Still can't move my thumb too quick, and have little to no grip because of it. And my wrist still can't bend much, but it's still a vast improvement on the weekend before last.

It'll get there. just be careful and don't try to force the movement but do try to keep it mobile

I am, it's still splinted up, so I can't force the movement. I've released the Velcro straps round the thumb and the top of my hand so I can type and use the trackball, but still have it support and restrict the movement in my wrist. May have to see if I can get an appointment with the GP this week as I will run out of anti-inflamatories on Tuesday. But I'll see is ibuprofen is sufficient first.

My Physio would recommend alternating hot and cold compresses. I've never tried it as it seems to much flaffing about for me.
