Day 3 and so far so good. Starting to ease up on the obsessing of macros. As long as I get my carbs under 20 and eat protein and healthy fats with each meal I think I'll be on plan.
185.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 11.2 lb a week

Thanks, I still have a lot to learn about this new WOE. Yesterday I over did the portions I think. Still lost but need to stop eating when satiated and not continue just because its tastes good. Still learning my way around this site, everything is a new learning experience.
