To Do list for JJ: 1) Record measurements in Journal 2) Write out workout plan for the next 6-8 weeks. 3) Continue to tweak diet and write out food plan by next weekend.
I've been winging it, now its time to be totally methodical with my workouts. I have until the week ending July 24th to maximize my results. Let's see where I end up.
