My 30th high school reunion is coming up July 24th. I already look and feel totally great and presentable the way I am now. I have made some great improvements in my fitness routine and overall lifestyle since the first of the year. I was going down hill fast(going up in weight) and now I can see my clearly see reaching my goals very soon. The great news is that this is not just a phase for me, I actually changed my lifestyle and will continue to make tweaks to contantly impove over my lifestyle the long haul. I have seen the Light!

I have been super fit in the past and I just let it slip through my fingers like it was sand. After this 2010 fight against nature and my own bad habits, I will not make this horrible mistake again.

My motivation and drive are gifts from God and I will never take them for granted again. Thank you Jesus for always loving me and helping me with all aspects of my life!!
Glory to God in the Highest and Peace to His people on Earth!!
