Definately shouldn't take full advantage of free champagne!!! Only had 3 glasses and was completly blotto! Hence how the pitta bread came to enter my mouth!!!
Totally understand the concept of low carb diets and being careful on the alcohol!!!! Did some dancing though so didnt go over my calorie intake for the day, so there is some balance somewhere. I may not be in Ketosis nright now, but I am still in control of some part of my life. I have to look at the positives or else i would possibly binge!
