i know what i should be doing. and its true that what you eat in private shows in public.. im not fooling anyone, not even myself. makes me feel all emo just thinking about these past two weeks.

here we go. the cycle starts again.

You just have to flip a switch in your head. It's ALL about your attitude. Don't let that cycle start again! You have to convince yourself, really believe that you are worth being healthy and gorgeous. Maybe you could put up little notes of encouragement for yourself: in the kitchen, in the pantry, or wherever else you think would be helpful. I have a note on my fridge that just says "How bad do you want it?". You can do this, girl!!!!!

Plan out ahead of time what you are going to day that day and stick to it. It should help you stay on track.

I'm sorry to here you've had a tough couple of weeks - but yesterday is yesterday - you can't change it, but it doesn't take away from what you do today, tomorrow and the next day. Every time you do better, every victory, is a step in the right direction. You can do it, you will make it. Trying starting with being really on the ball with the water drinking - its one goal that doesn't focus on what you can't have. Then tackle the eating habits one at a time. I often line up 2 pieces of fruit on my desk - so when I feel hungery I eat the healthy thing at hand instead of wandering into the kitchen. Good luck!
