Massive difference in a year! Went from following Slimming World religiously to taking account of my Macros and doing strength training 3-4 days a week and here's the result... skinny to strong!

Definitely Gary and Jessica, I can also see a massive difference in my hips, legs and back. Just nice to be muscular and defined rather than saggy skin everywhere! I've even got the starts of some abs showing through which I'll show when the pictures come back :)

Not being funny but honestly you really looking really good in the first picture too. Very pretty girl. you are an inspiration :)

@Dave10 I was seriously mentally ill in the first picture, obsessed with getting smaller and that size 4 dress was hanging off of me. I'm now a healthier weight and not so saggy from loose skin. @shannellena I believe I am 5ft 5 based on the boots scales last time I tried them

Annie well done you. Like I say you're an inspiration to many on here battling weight one way or another and shows that with determination and hard work it can happen.
