Tomorrow's the big weigh in! Still nervous because I couldn't exercise at all yesterday :( I did something to my knee and it was all stiff and swollen. So, I decided to take the day off. Now, I feel lazy.

I weight myself twice a day, in the morning and at night. You might think that's a little over the top, but I like to see how my weight fluctuates during the day and between days. I had been down around 163-164, but yesterday I was back up to 166. It's very discouraging. So, I'm going to put in extra effort the rest of the week.
