on week one of Eat to Live by J Fuhrman. I have a lot of carb and sweet cravings, and I miss eating meat. I had a serving of salmon as an indulgance last night and it was wonderful. Not enough protein maybe? I have been eating beans as instructed. I'm allowed to add some soy milk and occasional skim dairy. I think I lost a lot of water weight the first couple days due to eating a lower salt diet.
