Easter really tanked my efforts this week. I had a huge spike on the scale earlier in the week and then it took me all week to get back to where I started! Bleh, why does my grandmother have to make such awesome food? Oh well, she did contribute to the new scale fund!

At least you got back there, it may have put you behind a few days, but you got back on track, that is the inportant thing! Don't beat yourself up, you're doing great, and next week you will have a nice drop to show for it!

Easter with chocolate bunnies and big celebration suppers and Halloween mini candy bars.. Darn holidays! But you did the right thing, didn't you! How great is that!! Its GRRRREAT! You got right back on track and next week is a new week. Look at you with over 22 lbs gone now! did I tell you about my potato sack comparison?? I live in Idaho so I think of the weight of potatoes.. imagine yourself carrying around a 20 lb sack of potatoes with you everywhere you went.. wouldn't you just love to be able to put it down, wouldn't it make you feel better and give you more energy?!! Well you have done that girl!! so now you are healthier and feeling better and next week you will do just as good and drop a few more potatoes and leave them behind you! Good job

Janelleas! Your potato sack analogy is great, considering I just got done helping my brother move and he had a lot of 20 pound things I wouldn't want to carry around all day. But... I'm a guy!

It's okay, easy come, easy go. Just make sure you drink plenty of water. 20lbs is amazing, and I have faith that more are going to come off.
