Started C25K today. I've never been much of a runner. In fact, I was always getting doctors notes in school to skip the whole running a mile thing because I hated it so much.

NSV today - down to the 5th loop in my belt. September 1st I started at the 3rd loop. Tomorrow I plan on breaking out the tape measure and seeing where I'm at. Was hoping to get some weight lifting in today, but got caught up with chores around the house and getting dinner started for tonight that I ran out of time before the kids came home from school. Maybe the hubby will be nice enough to watch them for 45 minutes so I can get my weights on.

Tomorrow is a biking day, hoping the thunderstorms are sporadic enough that I can escape their wrath and get 25 miles in.
