I don't get it?
144.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

If you mean, staying the same weight, it happens to us all. You just have to keep going and get passed it. Make sure you are getting plenty of lean protein, fruits and veggies. WHAT you eat can be as important as HOW MUCH. Processed foods contain a lot of sodium. Drink plenty of water and be active. Good luck!
