One of my really, really bad habits is getting up in the middle of the night and eating. I got away from the habit for quite awhile but I noticed that within the last few weeks it changed. I think I got up a couple times last week and a couple times the week before. The bad thing is, a lot of the time I don't remember. And then I just realized that I did it again last night! I raided the Easter basket! Of 3 mini candy bars! I removed everything in sight that's high calorie. And then I cooked some hard boiled eggs (just in case).
Other that that, I think I'm doing OK. I'm exercising 50 minutes daily, and reading a lot - i.e journals and the links suggested in them. And, I'm journaling! I have a calendar and motivational signs in front of my computer that are always visible. I'm finding this helpful as I am very visual.
Once again, another great race is underway. And judging from the entries at the main post; we have many, many committed people. It will be interesting to see the end result. Good luck to all who entered.
