very chilly today.i know i have said it before this summer but i am back.fell off for awhile.trying to get used to healthy food choices,definately less carbs,more water and i have actually exercised tw0 days in a row. we have a new kitty.mr. biggelsworth is a little grey longhaired fuzz ball. nice not to be watching baby granddaughter everyday.love her, just needed time for me. cant believe the scale this morning feel like i gained 10 lbs. well spent enough time sitting.time to move.hope all my buddies have a great friday.
