Yesterday I worked for 13.5 hours. I came to work in the dark and left at sunset. Hmmm, that makes exercising difficult. I don't get breaks or lunch so I can't do that. It's our busy season so that will be my life for about the next 8 weeks. I put my Y membership on hold, so sense paying for what I can't use. However, there is an upside to all of this, you can only eat what you bring to work, so I have good intentions at 5am, so my calories will be down.

The specialist put me on new meds, at night I take everything and within about twenty minutes I am asleep, so again bonus no snacking.

As soon as TOM is over I intend to weigh in. I don't need the depression with a couple of pounds gained because of that.
