today will be the fattest day of my life!(for future reference anyway, i have been way fatter, but since 2005, i had not had to diet again, so i am now re-training myself)Since January i have gained some extra pounds, and need to take them off before the situation gets out of control. I have done every diet out there, so i no what works, and calorie counting, writing it down, walking and avoiding boredom work for me. my number to lose is not as big as others need to lose, but for me every pound away from my goal is just a small steppin stone i need to reach.
