I'm doing so well with my food choices& all the water I've been able to get in. the scale isn't reflecting the loss, but I def see it and feel it. I've also been do the Intermittent Fasting and thought that would help with the weight loss, esp since I'm no longer snacking at night, and I've really been disciplined. I think once the weather gets warmer it's when I'll get out to walk like I used to. but for now I'm just gonna keep doing what I've been doing. my daughter have me this great snack idea. took 1 apple, cut it up, in slices or however, put in air fryer with a dash of cinnamon for 7mins, 350. then she stops in peanut butter, or spreads out over it. I took the apple instead, and after done in airfryer, I tossed it in 1/2 cup Chobani Greek Vanilla yogurt!@ it was delicious and def a low cal, sweet snack!!.. We are headed to Buffalo this weekend, where is snowing, ugh, but we're going to see 4 of the Grandchildren, so very much looking forward to it. Hope everyone had a great weekend.
