Stir fry 1/2 onion n 1/2 capcicum (cut into small pieces) in 1/2 tbsp oil/ghee then add 1 cup water and 40g of chinese saffola oats . Sprinkle red pepper and oregano once cooked.

For curd add salt, black pepper, cumin seeds (black) n sprinkle some oregano over it.

How is oats low in carb??? Just asking

@satishhyd4u It is not low in carbs but yes it healthy and good carb as compared to the carbs which is there in processed foods.
