Hi guys here are my menus.....Happy smashing everyone.

August 15, 2007 Wednesday Day 6
7:30am Brown rice with red, green , yellow ,peppers, mushrooms and 3oz of grilled chicken
10:00am 4 small fat free pretzels
12:00 Gym-15 min Abs & Step20 minutes run/walk treadmill 15mins)
1:00pm Caesar Salad McDonalds& Hot Fudge Sundae
4:00pm 8 fat free pretzels
6:30pm ½ of lean ground beef burger, grilled with salsa, and 1 slice of cheese
7:00pm Walk/mall 2 hours

August 16, 2007 Thursday Day 7
7:30am 1 single serving size of Cheerios (in prepackaged cup)
10:00 amBanana
12:00pm Gym- Kickboxing 55 minutes
1:00pm Salad
4:00pm Apple
6:30pm the other ½ of lean ground beef burger, grilled with salsa, and 1 slice of cheese
7:00pm Run/Walk /Cardio1 hour
8:15pm Apple
