Hey..... How is everyone doing today I am sure you all are doing great. just remember to take it one day at a time. here is my menus from yesterday & today. Happy Smashing!!!!

August 15, 2007 wednesday Day 6

7:30am mixed fruit applesauce
10:00am Apple
12:00 Gym-Step Circuit with hand weights
1:00pm Brown rice with red, green , yellow ,peppers, mushrooms and 3oz of grilled chicken
4:00pm orange
6:30pm Caesar salad with grilled chicken
7:00pm walking at the mall

August 14, 2007 Tuesday day 5

7:35am mixed fruit applesauce
10:00am orange
12:00pm Gym- (stair master, elliptical, crunches)
1:15pm lettuce chicken wraps
4:00pm apple
7:07-8:09pmRun/walk (3.83 miles)
8:30pm Brown rice with red, green , yellow ,peppers, mushrooms and 3oz of grilled chicken

You have such a great attitude and it totally keeps me going! Thanks for all the positive waves! Keep up the good work! I told my hubby about your incentive and he said if I loose my weight he will do something special for me....I asked for breast implants, seems to be a very big place that I am loosing all of my weight and it sucks! LOL....just a joke though, I don't think I will ever do anything like that! Keep up the great work!!!
