Alright just a few things before I go to bed...

1. Worked out tonight, 530 calories in 65 minutes.

2. For my late night snack, instead of reaching my calorie goal with cookies and crap, I ate sugar free applesauce, a reduced fat cheese stick, celery, carrots and a little bit of hummus. I think that's pretty good.

Alright that's it I guess. I want to get off this plateau... grr.

Yah!!!!!!!!! Or however that's spelled! You got to 1500 calories AND with really GOOD choices, too. Congratulations!!! Wish me luck. I'm going to that restaurant with my friend now and am freakin' out. Can't imagine ordering FISH. : ) Good suggestion, but I just don't think I could choke it down. I guess that would be ONE way to limit calories today. Bad timing, too, since a) I weighed myself and am down two pounds. Don't get excited - that's over three weeks! : ) b) I've got rib eye in the fridge I was going to make last night and my husband went to a game I'd forgotten about. So it's tonight. Ugh...gonna be a high calorie day unless they have some simple salads over there and I have an ounce of willpower. I'm SO PROUD of you for your working out so late AND for making such great food choices, AND for getting those calories up there a bit. I'll confess my sins later...
