Finally, I can congratulate myself on some progress.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I’ve stopped eating lunch. Invariably lunch was out at some cheap family restaurant. Now I’m saving a bit of money and controlling what I eat by cooking for myself. On fast days I ditch breakfast as well except for the Assam tea. Can’t do without a cuppa first thing. Planning a meal is fun and I tailor the serving to how I feel on the day.
