alas in 2 days 1.5kg drop and then the scales jam. It must be. It can't be me
175.3 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Although I weigh myself daily I use the weekly avg as a decent trend to even out dehydration etc
